Perrin Grauer is a visual artist living on the unceded, traditional and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish) and səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples, in Vancouver, B.C. He holds a BA in literature and a BFA from the University of British Columbia.
Focusing primarily on drawing and painting, his practice mobilizes colour, space and form with the aim of underscoring the unreliability of perception, the slipperiness of recollection and the pliancy of representation.
